Baptism for Javier

There’s nothing better than a baptism for a missionary!    We attended the baptism of Javier Sanchez today after church.  It was a wonderful baptism, and many of the branch members stayed after to attend.   We did not teach Javier, but we went over to visit with him before his baptism and had a nice chat.  He referred to our visit during his testimony after he was baptized.   We also loved it that a couple of people we have been teaching attended the baptism.    There is always a very sweet spirit at a baptism and this was no different.   We look forward to more in the future.   We love seeing people deciding to follow Jesus, and making changes in their lives because of his gospel.

One of the sweetest things about this baptism was right after Javier was dunked and then brought up in the font, his little 4 year old boy said "That's my daddy!" Your Children are watching!
